Can you tell that you are a happy person? Do you start and end your day with a smile? In the world, few people live a positive life while most people spend much time crying over spilt milk. However, in this complex world, there are still people who always find time to relax no matter how busy they are. Let us see how these happy people maintain a happy lifestyle
"Hold on to the Power of Optimism." In our life, there is a room for tears and a big lounge for laughter. But, sometimes, the room of tears becomes larger than the lounge because of the people who exasperate our peaceful life. Well, we can't really avoid encountering the people we hate. You have to remind yourself that the more you despise them, the more they become your destiny. Kill them with your kindness and genuine smile to make them feel guilty about their wrongdoings. Remember that the power of optimism lies in your hands.
"Don't dwell too much on an itsy-bitsy mistake." A mistake can haunt you for the rest of your life (Pitch Perfect). Yes. This is a fact. Shedding many tears, fiddling away much time thinking about it, and spreading it to the everyone just to get their sympathy are distractions to the power of optimism. Once a mistake is done, you can never fix it. Well, it is not easy to forget this matter, but establish a time to think it over. Let's say in one day, leave two consecutive hours pondering on your problem. After that, leave it in the past. Move on and just be happy.
"Be a Good Listener." A great conversation is attained with a good listener. If you carefully listen to the person talking, both of you will share great stories that could turn your life into bliss. No matter how boring and common the conversation is, you have to realize that a simple chat with your friends, colleagues, or family members will somehow create a twist that could make your life extraordinary. This, however, should be done fairly by the speaker and the listener.
"Scribble Good and Bad Memories." As we grow older, our brains start to malfunction. In this case, the cool experiences we have created would soon vanish from our memory. To avoid this, find time to scribble down good and bad experiences on a diary, which is cheesy for some. But think of the people you have met, the places you've been to, and the adversities that challenged you. What would life be without them? How would your future children picture the life you had? Simply grab a small notebook and make the most out of it.
"Make Yourself the Happiest Person on Earth." Life is short. Spend every minute aiming for your goals. Treat yourself at least once a month. Go for a walk, exercise, buy yourself your wants, do everything that your heart desires--you know what I mean. Stress is inevitable and it will get worse if you allow it to swallow your day. Once you have done a good deed for yourself, your mind will surely be at peace.
Do you do these happy dispositions? If not, maybe because you are one of those who dream to be happy. Why would you aim to be happy when you can find happiness at this moment? Happiness is everywhere. It is neither in the future nor the past. Happy people would always tell you that every day was made for us to fill it with happiness.
